Working with Slow Clap Productions, I directed a series of employee-profile videos to help Blue Shield of California in its ongoing effort to recruit top Bay Area tech talent. The goal was to showcase the insurer’s diverse and dynamic workforce, and to position Blue Shield as a challenging and rewarding place where aspiring tech professionals can build successful and meaningful careers.
